introduction:
1. The head and foot of the bed are blow-molded with ABS advanced engineering plastics, with beautiful appearance, easy loading and unloading, impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and electrical properties.
2. The bed surface is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate by one-step stamping, with a thickness of 1.2mm, and a concave multi-hole design, which is easy to breathe and has a non-slip function. There are no welding spots on the surface and steel pipe reinforcement on the back. The double support structure is adopted to extend the life of the hospital bed.
3. The frame of the bed body is welded by a 40*60*1.5mm shaped square tube, using advanced welding technology. The welding quality is high-quality. The bed body is firm. The load capacity is ≥240kg;
4. The whole bed adopts a series of processes such as pickling, phosphating, water washing, oxidation, etc., automatic flow spraying line, using Aksu powder electrostatic spraying, bright color and firm adhesion.
