Product Description

The head of the bed is made of ABS plastic injection, beautiful appearance, reliable and durable.
The bed surface is made of cold-rolled plate, one-time punching bed surface, the surface is electrostatic sprayed, and the coating adopts the leading Akzo Nobel powder coating.
It is equipped with a centrally controlled brake system and ABS high-grade double-sided brake silent wheels, so as to ensure that it can brake in all aspects; aluminum alloy six-speed guardrail, beautiful appearance, reliable and durable.

Head and tail: made of ABS high-grade engineering plastics, which can be easily disassembled. With a medical record card holder, you can put the patient's medical record card.
Bed surface: The bed surface is a double-shaking bed, the head and foot of the bed can be tilted up and down, and the bed surface is painted with static electricity.
Guardrail: ABS guardrail is adopted, which can be folded down and hidden under the bed surface to ensure convenient use when the patient gets out of bed.

 

Dining table (optional): Adopt ABS foldable flip-type dining table, the table top is reinforced ABS material, and the bracket is made of flat tube, which is easy to clean and wear-resistant, and fully and effectively saves the ward space.
Transmission system: The linkage mechanism is adopted. According to the principle of mechanics "torque N=force F*arm L", when the torque is constant, if you want to reduce the force of shaking the screw, you have to lengthen the arm. The design uses the longest moment arm, so the rocking force is the smallest and lightest. The rocking handle screw adopts precision ball bearing and lengthened copper nut, and has the function of two-way slip limit. The proper amount of butter is added to make the screw drive flexible and durable. The iron sleeve adopts a dust-proof and fully enclosed structure. The crank is made of ABS material with a retractable structure, which is easy to use.

The main body of the bed: After degreasing → water washing → rust removal → surface conditioning → phosphating → water washing → passivation → drying → spraying → curing → cooling, it is truly anti-rust and corrosion-resistant. The spraying adopts automatic assembly line spraying device.
Casters: equipped with ABS high-grade double-sided brake silent wheels to ensure that it can be braked in all aspects.
The color of all plastic parts is coordinated with the head and foot of the bed.
