The bed uses Jiechang motors (imported motors are optional). There are 4 motors, and the thrust of a single motor can reach 6000N. The control system adopts a hand control panel to complete various functions of the medical bed. |
The bed frame is welded by a 60*40*1.5 shaped square tube, advanced welding technology, high quality welding, strong bed body, can load ≥260kg;
Bed surface: 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate is adopted. It is punched into a concave shape and has a multi-hole design for easy ventilation and non-slip function.
Electrostatic spraying process of the bed body: first coating oil, pickling, surface conditioning, carbonization, and finally spray drying, which is made by electrostatic spraying of Akzo Nobel environmentally friendly antibacterial powder, which has the characteristics of anti-corrosion, rust-proof and exquisite appearance
The headboard and footboard of the bed are made of ABS engineering plastic by one-time injection molding. The hanging design is easy to disassemble, stable and reliable. There is a patient information card slot on the outside of the footboard;
In the configuration, the movable casters are controlled, the high-stability linkage system, the brake is stable and convenient, waterproof and dustproof, and the double-wheel pie design increases the ground area and stability.
Equipped with ABS rocker built-in steel core, hidden design, firm and flexible, no noise, easy operation, and flexible adjustment of the patient's back and leg position.
Rocker drive lifting system, no plastic structure, wear-resistant, compression-resistant, and long-life. It is equipped with two-way non-limit protection device to enhance the service life and safety performance. Ensure the use of labor-saving and smooth shaking.
The four corners are equipped with infusion stand sockets and drainage hooks, and an infusion stand is optional.
